Senior Civil Engineer

Role: Senior Civil Engineer

Located in Sylvia Park, CLC Consulting Group are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Civil Engineer, who is looking for an opportunity to make a real and positive impact within the community, through the design of various community facility and land development projects.

Role Description

CLC Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on community facilities, land development and civil infrastructure, this role will involve designing, assessing, and managing projects across residential, commercial, and community developments.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design

  • Proficient in the use of 12D design

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and leadership abilities

  • Chartered or working towards Chartership

Accounts Administrator

Role: Accounts Administrator

Location: Sylvia Park - Auckland

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and competent Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, working 25 hours per week.  Our admin team are integral in supporting our fantastic team to deliver expertise and projects on time and within budget.   

To be successful in this role you must be/have

  • Competent in the use of MYOB and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of analytical skills

  • Experience as an Accounts Administrator (not necessarily with an accounting qualification)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Adaptable with an ability to manage multiple and varied tasks

  • A team player 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables

  • Invoice preparation and processing

  • Account Reconciliations (Bank / credit cards)

  • Payroll Preparation

  • Financial Reporting

  • PAYE, GST reporting

  • Annual Accounts to Trial Balance

General

  • Account admin (opening accounts etc.)

  • Team and client account queries  

  • Support for management team
